By creating an account or using Keeply LifeSafe ("Keeply"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Keeply is a personal life-administration application that helps you organize documents, vehicles, homes, subscriptions, warranties, and household reminders, with optional calendar syncing and a secure vault for sensitive files. Some features require a one-time purchase of Full Access.
Certain features (Secure Vault, bank statement scanning, unlimited reminders) require a one-time purchase of Full Access. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Once paid, Full Access is granted to your account and is non-refundable except where required by law.
When you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, Keeply creates and updates reminder events on your calendar using your authorized connection. You may disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for missed reminders due to calendar provider outages or misconfiguration on your end.
Your use of Keeply is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data as described there, including encrypted storage of sensitive originals and redacted summaries for everyday display.
We strive to keep Keeply available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Critical maintenance is communicated when possible.
Keeply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data stored in your account.
You may delete your account and data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app Help page.
